Introductory Pole Class

      Introductory class is your first step to begin YOUR Pole journey!


Intro to pole is offered for those who are new to pole dancing & fitness or hesitant with the concept of pole dancing & fitness as a form of exercise. Introductory class consists of basic pole holds, spins and floorwork to create a complete dance routine. This is a beginner class and suited for ALL fitness levels. Be prepared to use muscles you have never used before and have a ton of FUN!

We highly recommend online registration to reserve your pole.

No spectators or CHILDREN allowed in classes, NO EXCEPTIONS, unless otherwise noted.

**Please note this class is generally offered every Tuesday night** at 7:00pm and Wednesday's And Friday's at 10:00am. ** If not on these days due to Cheeky events, Intro will be offered on another night. Check our schedule for the most updated information or call us!**

Can't make it to our Introductory class? Consider a private, semi-private with a friend or a pole party with all your friends to cover pole basics before attending our Pole 1 or All levels pole classes. Reserve your space today!
