Here are some tips for your first visit:

FIRST, REGISTER FOR YOUR SESSION ONLINE

  1. Open our schedule page , choose the class you'd like to try first and click on BOOK button to create your FREE account with WellnessLiving system.

  2. Purchase your class(es) following the steps to pay online and reserve your spot.

For our new students we offer $49 Unlimited week, when you can try as many classes as you want. Choose it in purchasing options.

ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY

Giving yourself a few extra minutes before your first Cheeky Fitness class will allow you to acclimatize to the studio and familiarize yourself with our facilities. Our instructors will be around to welcome and guide you through a few things in the lead up to class.

BOOK A BEGINNER/INTRO CLASS

WHAT TO WEAR

Fitted tank tops and shorts are the best choices, but definitely something with bare arms and bare legs - it helps you "cling" to the pole. To start you can workout in bare feet; shoes are not required; however, wearing heels can increase the intensity of your workout, you will really feel it in your thighs and booty, helps with balance and makes you look sexier! Bring your dancing shoes in separately as outdoor shoes are not allowed in studio. No Body lotions or jewelry. Bring water and towel.


Aerial Yoga: Tops that cover armpits and yoga pants. No body lotions or jewelry.
Pole Class: Short, comfortable heels, if you’d like and No body lotions or jewelry.

Conditioning & Flexibility: Yoga wear, and No Body lotions or jewelry.
Rebounding: Supportive bra and tube socks.
Sexy Flexy: Fitted top, supportive bra, shorts or leggings.
Heels: Whatever you feel comfortable with and heels.
