NEW TO POLE DANCING?
Interested in experiencing one of our sessions? Awesome!
Here are some tips for your first visit:
Purchase your class(es) under the "Buy Classes" tab OR go to our Online Schedule click on "Sign Up" for your desired class and then follow steps to pay online and reserve.
ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY
Giving yourself a few extra minutes before your first Cheeky Fitness class will allow you to acclimatize to the studio and familiarize yourself with our facilities. Our instructors will be around to welcome and guide you through a few things in the lead up to class.
BOOK A BEGINNER/INTRO CLASS
Our Beginner Pole classes are compulsory if you’re new to pole fitness or our studio. If you have pole experience, please let us know in advance and we will make time after our Beginner Pole class is over, to assess your skill level.
WHAT TO WEAR
Fitted tank tops and shorts are the best choices, but definitely something with bare arms and bare legs - it helps you "cling" to the pole. To start you can workout in bare feet; shoes are not required; however, wearing heels can increase the intensity of your workout, you will really feel it in your thighs and booty, helps with balance and makes you look sexier! Bring your dancing shoes in separately as outdoor shoes are not allowed in studio. No Body lotions or jewelry. Bring water and towel.
Abs & Ass: Sneakers, water and towel.
Aerial Yoga: Tops that cover armpits and yoga pants. No Body Lotions or jewelry.
Pole Camp: Fitted top, supportive bra, shorts.
Pole Class: Short, comfortable heels, if you’d like and No Body lotions or jewelry.
Kangoo Jumps: Supportive bra and tube socks.
Sexy Flexy: Fitted top, supportive bra, shorts or leggings.
Heels: Whatever you feel comfortable with and Heels.
