Our Pole Fitness, Aerial Yoga and Rebounding classes not only increase strength, flexibility and endurance, but have practical application in daily life by empowering you with self confidence, physically and mentally.
We have created a total body, high-energy, 50-minute workout for women of all fitness levels, body types and abilities with a complete sensory experience through ambient lighting and sound.
In other words, we’re amping up the good vibes and putting some sass into your fitness regimen.
INTRO/BEGINNER POLE
If you’re completely new to Cheeky Fitness, or perhaps it’s been a while, Beginner Pole is the primer you need. Our signature all-in-one 50-minute Beginner Pole class combines strength, endurance and stretch in a total-body workout for every level and age. Get ready to meet your ultimate you! Read this before scheduling your first session.
REBOUNDING
Rebounding is an exercise that reduces your body fat; firms your arms, legs, thighs, abdomen, and hips; increases your agility; strengthens your muscles overall; provides an aerobic effect for your heart; rejuvenates your body when it's tired, and generally puts you in a state of health and fitness. Class consists of choreographed routines indoors or outdoor run.
AERIAL YOGA
Looking to relieve back, neck or shoulder pain and stiffness? LET'S HANG! Come try Yoga Trapeze! The bonus is that this class builds strength, help prevent injury, reduce stress and give your body that extra bit of love it deserves. For every level and age, you’ll finish each class walking taller and feeling stronger and calmer. Promise.
4 WEEK POLE INTRO SERIES
This 4-week program is meticulously crafted to introduce you to the artistry, strength, and grace inherent in pole dancing. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to enhance your dance skills, this course is designed to empower and inspire!
CHAIR DANCING
This class is a great mix of chair dancing (think burlesque) and exotic dance mixed with a hot, sexy choreographed exercise routines. Class is designed to inspire and empower! To feel comfortable expressing your femininity and sensuality while creating the body you desire.
POLE CONDITIONING/CAMP
Class is designed for MAXIMUM calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. We want to get you fit, get you healthy, challenge your mind, challenge your body, and most importantly make fitness fun! Bootcamp is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns. You get everything you need and all our Non-Pole classes are designed to help you with Pole!
SEXXY FLEXXY
Flexibility and control are at the core of Sexxy Flexxy. Drawing from yoga, our deep stretch poses will improve your mobility and flexibility to take your pole tricks to the next level. Not only will you become more flexible, but your pole moves and poses will become much easier to hold and look much more graceful.

CHEEKY PRIVATE
Whether you are a newbie who wants to build up some confidence, a Cheeky veteran wanting to work on your technique or just someone who wants the Cheeky Fitness experience all to yourself, our Cheeky Private classes will be perfect for you! These sessions can be tailored to focus on specific skills at your preferred intensity.
