If you’re completely new to Cheeky Fitness, or perhaps it’s been a while, Beginner Pole is the primer you need. Our signature all-in-one 50-minute Beginner Pole class combines strength, endurance and stretch in a total-body workout for every level and age. Get ready to meet your ultimate you! Class consists of warm up, stretching, conditioning exercises to help you get into pole tricks and climbing and finish class with a small routine incorporating the new tricks you've learned. A series of Beginner Pole and Pole Flow classes are required before attending this class.
This class is a great mix of chair dancing (think burlesque) and exotic dance mixed with a hot, sexy choreographed exercise routines. Class is designed to inspire and empower! To feel comfortable expressing your femininity and sensuality while creating the body you desire.

This class welcomes all levels and shows you to flow, create shapes and movements and acrobatic moves on the floor. This class is perfect for any person wanting to find fluidity and personal expression within themselves. By doing this consistently, you will improve your core and arms strength and flexibility.
ABS & ASS
This class focuses on the lower body (with special attention to the booty) and core. The routines feature a combination of high intensity interval training, plyometrics, and resistance training with bands. The moves target the commonly referred to “troubled areas” by promoting strength, cardiovascular endurance, lean muscle growth, and excess fat loss.
Rebounding is an exercise that reduces your body fat; firms your arms, legs, thighs, abdomen, and hips; increases your agility; strengthens your muscles overall; provides an aerobic effect for your heart; rejuvenates your body when it's tired, and generally puts you in a state of health and fitness. Class consists of choreographed routines indoors or outdoor run.
This class is designed for adults who wish to begin the study of classical ballet or for the seasoned dancer who would like to refine their technical ability. Class consists of barre exercises that focus on proper alignment as well as the steps which foster core and leg strength and flexibility. The center work will introduce elementary steps, simple jumps, as well as turns. No prior experience is necessary!
