In just two hours, Bollywood choreographer, Jaya Vaswani,
will take you on a tour of India through dance.
Bring your flirty facial expressions and you will walk away feeling like you've joined a Bollywood musical (no passport needed!) You are guaranteed to learn everything from the basics of Classical Indian dance, including hand gestures and footwork, high-energy Bhangra moves, and a contagious Bollywood dance routine. If you've seen a Bollywood movie, or been inspired by shows like So You Think you can dance or the Jai Ho dance-craze - come and join us at Cheeky Fitness and experience Bollywood dance like never before! This class will give you a fun workout while exposing you to the wonderful music and culture of India.

Jaya's Biography:

Jaya Vaswani has been igniting International venues and stages for over 10 years with her Bollywood dance performances. Her credibility comes from her training in London and Los Angeles, where she has worked with theatrical and fusion dominated dance companies such as Blue13 Dance, Taal Dance Company, and Rax Entertainment. She has also had the pleasure of featuring in music videos, and commercials such as Christina Aguilera's Pepsi commercials, and Shahab Tiam's 'Dokhtare Kaboli' music video. Jaya is an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor & Certified Masala Bhangra Instructor. With strengths in dance and fitness, she founded the first website dedicated to teaching Bollywood dance online. Jaya's life-long vision to make Bollywood dance & fitness classes accessible to the world came true as MyBollywoodStudio.com was brought to life. Now, with students all across the globe, Jaya's online venture not only keeps her travel schedule busy but allows her to continue to reach out to those eager to learn.
