Learn how to SLOW down and stop flailing around that pole! Karol will instruct you and give you helpful tips on how to slow down during free dancing and how to thoughtfully approach and control each move. You will learn how to link together combinations of moves within your own skill level, while controlling each entry, transition, and dismount from your combination. These new found techniques will challenge you to become aware of your body while executing moves on and off the pole.
