Studio Policies

 

 

 

 

Our Policies help us maintain respect and integrity in our Studio and with our clients**

  • WALK INS welcomed, however it does not guarantee or ensure a space. Therefore we highly recommend and suggest Online registration to reserve your pole or space. We will only accept cash payments for all walk-ins and there will be an additional $5.00 fee, i.e, Introductory class cost online $25, walk-in cost $30. Walk-ins cannot be combined with online purchases. If you have purchased classes online, please register online. Online sign-ups are conveniently open until one hour prior to class start.
  • Deposit for Pole Parties is due at the time of requesting your party date.
  • Checks returned for insufficient funds will incur a fee of $25 to the student.
  • If notice to reschedule any private lesson is not provided by the student within 24 hours of the lesson time, the class fee will not be refunded or rescheduled without incurring a new fee.
  • A 4 hour notice is required to cancel attendance for any scheduled group class. A class will be deducted from your class card if 4 hour notice is not provided, absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS! The circumstance does not matter. When you cancel a class last minute we are not able to fill that space. As a courtesy for first time cancellation, we do offer a $10 discount towards your next pole class or package.
  • Wait List: If a class is full you can register for our “wait list”. Since our clients handle all their reservations and cancellations online, you most likely have a chance of getting into the class you desire. Online sign ups close one hour prior to each class, therfore the latest you will be added to a class is one hour prior to the scheduled class. You will receive an email notification that you have been added to the class. Do not waitlist if you are not prepared to attend class within a one hour notice.
  • Specialty Classes & Workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • Please arrive to class at least 5-10 minutes early before your scheduled class time to change clothes, etc. When you arrive late, you interrupt the instruction and flow of class. Upon your late arrival, you must still take the proper measures to warm up your muscles before the class lesson can be taken. This rule is for your safety and ensures that you will receive the maximum benefit from the lesson. You will not be allowed to enter class 5 minutes pass the schedule class time.
  • Any Class that does not have at least 5 students registered will be canceled. Any student already registered to a class that will be canceled will be contacted in a timely manner, via email, phone call and or text.
  • Pole classes are offered to those 18 years and older only; however, for maturity reasons, we highly recommend that those only over the age of 21 consider enrolling. No spectators or visitors are allowed to attend any class or pole party, there are no exceptions to this rule, please do not ask.
  • Please check with your physician, if you have any medical issues, prior to signing up for classes. Information regarding any past or present illness, surgery, disease, or condition that may limit your ability to participate in the class must be disclosed to us at the time of registration. If you suffer from any orthopedic issues, such as arthritis or fused joints, or if you have any condition that limits you range of motion, please do not attempt to register for the class. Please refer to our Refund policy below.
  • For your own safety and fellow students, we ask that you do not wear body lotions or oils of any kind to class.
  • Jewelry, such as rings and bracelets, are not be worn in any pole related classes. No exceptions.
  • Please proceed at your own pace and do not exceed your current capability. Pole fitness is a challenging activity, and it takes time to build up the strength to do some of the tricks and spins we teach. Injury can result from doing too much too fast. Also, do not attempt any spins or maneuvers before you have thoroughly warmed up your muscles, and then only under instructor supervision. Inverted positions are never to be done without instruction or an instructor supervising and spotting your moves.
  • Please do not attend class if you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant. Also, check with a physician before taking classes if you have recently given birth. Three months is usually a sufficient amount of time to wait after giving birth, but each woman is different.
  • Be supportive of every student in the class. Pole Fitness encourages a mutually supportive and caring environment, and we appreciate your cooperation.
  • No Intoxication. We have the right to refuse service to anyone we feel is either intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
  • Classes, pole parties and workshops are non-trasferable and non-refundable. No exceptions. If booking a pole party please read over Pole Party Policies under the “pole party” tab.
