Pole Conditioning Class

Pole Conditioning is a strength building class that will help strengthen your arms, core and legs to help you with climbing and inverts as well as lose weight. Class consists of a warm-up, stretching, variety of pull-ups on the pole, light weight training and jump roping. **Jump rope and sneakers required** This is not a Pole Dancing class.
