If you’re ready for it, Pole is an exhilarating workout and art form. But the missing ingredient for many dancers is strength. Practice makes perfect, but solid exercise can make for perfect practice!

This 90-minute workshop from Chris Logic, the founder of Mechanics in Motion, shows pole students the keys to designing a conditioning strategy for their bodies. Using bodyweight, bands, and the pole itself, participants learn the best practices for developing raw strength, power and flexibility.
