Pole Fitness

Ladies, are boring exercise routines draining your motivation to exercise? Does the idea of having fun while you workout appeal to you? If so, then consider joining Cheeky Fitness. We teach the art of pole dancing as a way to become sexy fit in our 2,000 square foot studio with 14 poles and plenty of dance space. Although our studio is large, we keep our class sizes small and intimate.

Pole dancing is lots of fun and a great workout at the same time. You progress at your own pace, from basic low-stress moves in which your feet never leave the ground to high-flying aerial moves that will leave you feeling fit, sexy, and more confident about yourself. Our Pole Fitness classes may not look tough, but they actually build strength, tone your body, and are powerful workouts for every muscle group.

Pole dancing is a great workout that does more than just reduce body fat and help you look great. Pole dancing also will improve your balance, endurance, flexibility, and of course, your overall strength. Cheeky Fitness offers a variety of classes including group lessons, private and semi-private lessons as well as Pole Parties. Workouts are designed for every different size and fitness level and are scheduled to accommodate the busy life of career woman and moms. Our current clients range from 18 - 69 years of age and from 90 - 270 lbs.

Our classes are ONLY for mature women 18 years and older who are serious about their physical fitness. Cheeky Fitness is currently strictly for women and no spectators, visitors or CHILDREN are allowed to attend any class or Pole Party – there are no exceptions.

Cheeky Fitness is a professionally run program for women who are sincere about physical fitness. It is not an “exotic” environment, and there is absolutely no nudity allowed.
