Pole Fitness is lots of fun and a great workout that does more than just reduce body fat and help you look great. It will also improve your balance, endurance, flexibility, and of course, your overall strength.

Cheeky Fitness offers a variety of classes including group lessons, private and semi-private lessons as well as Pole Parties. Workouts are designed for every different size and fitness level and are scheduled to accommodate the busy life of career women and moms. To date our clients range from 18 - 69 years of age and from 90 - 270 lbs.

Not sure if Pole Fitness is for you??? Try an Introductory Class, offered every Tuesday @ 7:30 pm or Saturday at 12:00 Noon.

Want to get out and do something fun??? Better yet with your favorite gals??? Take our Sinsational Santa Baby Workshop. You will learn a fun and sexy choreographed pole dance routine in our 2 hour workshop. Workshop is suitable for all levels of pole dancers, even beginners.

Class Updates...
Open Pole Classes will now be on the schedule!! Open Pole is class time for you to come and practice what you have been learning in class for those who do not have a pole at home. The Pole Paradise Program allows you up to 4 Open Poles per month in addition to your Unlimited Pole Classes. Should you wish to take more Open Pole sessions there is a small fee of $5 per session. Open Pole cost of $8 for students on all other class cards programs offered. Online Registration Required.
