Doubles Pole Atlanta Style - 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM Intermediate/Advanced Levels: Double your pleasure, double your fun with a doubles workshop with Vertical Joe's Fitness. These ladies have taken the pole world by storm placing 3rd Bipolar National East Meets West competition and Mighty Grip Peoples Choice Winners. Grab a partner that is your level and join us for class!

Left Cheek, Right Cheek - 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM All Fitness Levels: Learn how to pop and shake your rump like the ladies in the Atlanta in the form of rumpshaking fundamentals. Wear leggings & heels.

Grown & Sexy Pole - 8:30 PM - 9:30 PM All Pole levels/Beginner to Advanced: Sometimes a lady wants to pole dance to feel empowered and liberated while sometimes a woman pole dances because she feels awkward in movement and doesn't feel sexy. This class will allow you to learn a sexy routine while breaking down transitions, floor work and sexy movement to slow sensual music. Wear shorts, heels, no lotion.

Lap Dance for Lovers - 9:30 PM - 10:30 PM Where else can you have a fun filled lap dance lesson with your partner there to coach you through the routine? Only with Vertical Joe's Fitness divas Fiyastarta & Rahqui Staxx!! Bring your homie, lover or friend to this event and enjoy class Ladies please wear whatever you'd like! Wear leggings and heels.

Lap Dance for Singles - 9:30 PM - 10:30 PM Why should singles miss out on all the fun?? Have fun learning a sexy routine that you can take home or put in your bag of 'tricks' until you find the 'one'! Learn to dance with chairs, boas, hats and more all in the name of fun and sexy fitness. You will never know what choreography to expect but you can always expect a sexy combination to take home! Wear leggings and heels.
