A re-vamp of traditional cardio and toning drills, Twerkshop is a high energy workout and dance class using upbeat music, heels/ platforms (optional) & choreography you can use in and out of the studio! With simple routines set to Reggeaton, Hip-Hop, Dancehall & AftoBeats, it makes you want to get up and shake that booty all while getting in an intense calorie burn! Grab your favorite heels, bring your bestie and let's sweat!

"Jailene "Jinky" Gaviria, born in the Bronx, NY to Dominican and Colombian parents, Salsa music is not only part of her culture, but it's in her blood. Naturally, dance became a lifestyle. 

Former captain of her university's dance team and after obtaining her degree in dance arts, Jinky has been featured in multiple artists' music videos, live shows and recently teaching adults Latin ballroom in Fort Lauderdale, FL.  She's been moving for over a decade and hopes to bring the funk back to fitness through dance & twerk!
