I’ve created the Total Training program to inspire the women who are having a hard time getting in shape, who have tried and tried. Especially women who have had children, have hormone issues, food issues and also women who are looking to get in shape for a life event like a wedding, vacation or a special event.
This class is a total body workout, focusing on upper and lower body. The routines feature a combination of high intensity interval training, plyometrics, and resistance training with bands and weights. The moves target the commonly referred to “troubled areas” by promoting strength, cardiovascular endurance, lean muscle growth and excess fat loss.
Total Training - 12 sessions, every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday at 5:30 AM
