I loved it!
Last night, I took Introductory to Pole with Michelle and absolutely loved it. I have never taken a pole class before and thought that I would be uncomfortable and out of my depth. My fears were unfounded!!! It was wonderful! Michelle was patient. She was encouraging, which I really needed. Also, it's a great workout!!! I will definitely take more classes and I look forward to showing off my moves for my guy!

Hello my name is kelly,
I have been taking classes at Cheeky fitness since june of 09.I was 160 (have not been that big since my son was born)will say at first I came once a week then started to come twice,My clothes started to fit better I was gettin toned up.I love pole conditioning its a great work out I watched my diet and I am now 135.I love this class,Love michelle and all the great people I have met of all ages.I have a home away from home and everyone is so encouraging.I had the best time in the Cheeky showcase.I have never been in any type of recital ever!!!I FEEL BACK TO NORMAL and love to feel sexy and doing this makes me feel awesome!I may never go upside down and climb real high but you never know Im on a roll here and happy to have you as a friend love you michelle and cheeky fitness and the fun you have brought into my life ! :)

Thank you for being a part of Cheeky! And you WILL go upside down and climb high by our next Showcase! Look how far you've come already!!!! Rule #1 @ Cheeky, you can't say "I can't"!!! Thank you for being a dear friend and an awesome student. Thank you and E1 else for all your help on getting us prepared for our first Showcase, all the hard work paid off and we had tons of FUN!! I look forward to you continuing classes. Thank you for being a part of our Cheeky Family...may we continue to GROW!

Thanks for tonight's "showcase". I had fun and my husband enjoyed seeting why I am always running to Cheeky Fitness. Sorry we had to leave early but my husband had to work on his dissertation for his PhD tonight--he defends on August 6th.

Pole Party
We came to Palm Beach on vacation and had the idea of taking a private pole class for some fun. We found Cheeky Fitness online. Michelle was great and although none of us had ever danced on the pole, she encouraged us and made us feel empowered. We had a great time and found muscles we didn't know we had! Our only regret is that we don't live closer because we would attend regular classes. Thanks for all of the fun Michelle.

Last night was my first time taking a pole dancing class. Michelle was very personable and attentive to her students. We learned several moves and had a blast while doing it! Can't wait till the next class.
