For 8 consecutive weeks take 4 group classes per week from our schedule:

1 Pole Conditioning

1 Pole Dance (if you are new to the studio you are required to take an Intro class, purchased separately before taking a Pole 1 or all levels pole class).

Your measurements be taken before, during and after Challenge.

Cheeky College Club

Allows you to take one pole class & one pole conditioning class a week. Based on class availability; sign up for each class is first come, first served. Program is designed for High School students straight into College, 22years of age and younger. Valid College ID and Drivers license required at first class-no exceptions.

Credit card is kept on file and charged monthly.  Notice of 4 hours is required to cancel attendance for any scheduled class otherwise a $10 fee will be incurred.

Must enroll for a minimum of 3 months. 2 week notification required to cancel after initial 3 months.

Sexxy Flexxy

Cheeky Fintess offers the Valentino Brothers training program which will enable you to achieve the desired flexibility, and improve your overall health and appearance. Pole Conditioning Class

Pole Conditioning is a strength building class that will help strengthen your arms, core and legs to help you with climbing and inverts as well as lose weight. Class consists of a warm-up, stretching, variety of pull-ups on the pole, light weight training and jump roping. **Jump rope and sneakers required** This is not a Pole Dancing class.

Pole Paradise

eat drink eat poleAllows you to take any pole dancing class (one per day), pole conditioning class (strength training), Sexxy Flexxy (flexibility) and Zumba class per day per month. 1 Pole Class Card

Don't want to commit to a package?? Choose the pay as you go option. Pole Classes include warm-up, different choreographed routine with pole spins, transitions and floor work.

This pole class card can be used towards a Pole 1, Pole 2 (if approved by studio) or All Levels pole classes. If you have never been to the studio you must first attend and Introdcutory class.

Semi-Private Pole Sessions

Are you shy?  Wanna' meet the pole but don't want a Group environment or come Solo? Then try a semi-private with your close girlfriend. $45 per person. Please call for availability to schedule a day and time. 60min
